Travis has been the Director of People & Culture at Wilson Electronics since 2013. He oversees the employer brand and manages the team that drives their successful employee life-cycle from recruit to retire and everything in between.
During his time at Wilson Electronics, the company has been a regular on published “best companies to work for” lists and articles, twice on Utah’s Fast 50, and awarded UMA’s Manufacturer of the Year.
Over the last 20 years, Travis has held HR leadership positions in the manufacturing, retail, and hospitality industries at Vista Outdoor, Office Depot/OfficeMax, FranklinCovey, and Snowbird. When he’s not busy advancing the award-winning culture at Wilson Electronics, he enjoys giving back to the community through service opportunities, as well as hiking, camping, fishing, snowboarding, and generally spending time in the mountains. He’s a proud graduate of the University of Utah and the father of two beautiful girls.
